proof of life
tomorrow is May Day
Looks like I missed April. I haven't posted all month. Returning to New York City from The Continent has been a challenging adjustment for me. It's not that I haven't been writing, but I haven't been sharing writing.
A few interpersonal conflicts with other humans and the feeling of anxiety at watching all media being absorbed and consumed by AI (and the state of the world) has had me getting more quiet, more analog lately. Plus everything costs money I don't have. My energy has been more consumed by calls to customer service, verifying my humanity and fighting with insurance for access to medication than to writing and dreaming.
I'm still here though.
And tomorrow is May Day.
